I recently lost my husband and had had surgery that limits my not only wanting to walk around the lot. It also not being able to after having knee surgery . I knew what I wanted and Kam had one pulled up front and I didn't need to see more ! I made my first purchase of a car without my husband and I know he would be proud ! Kam was able to tell me all about the Trax and answer all of my questions ! I love my car and I love the Dealership ! It was so easy and I appreciate it ! More

I felt as if I was treated like a criminal, and I work in Law Enforcement. Anyway they lost out on nearly 50,000 as my wife and I were both going to purchase vehicles cash money. Here's a suggestion Terry Cullen, if you do not want people on your property on a Sunday when the sun is shinning brightly, you should POST SIGNS!!!! More

Basic Key with Chip On April 10, 2017 I purchased 2008 Chevrolet Impala from a dealer broker (Not Terry Cullen dealer) and the broker only had 1 key to the car. It looke On April 10, 2017 I purchased 2008 Chevrolet Impala from a dealer broker (Not Terry Cullen dealer) and the broker only had 1 key to the car. It looked like a regular Key so I went to Walmart to get another one made and it wouldn't work. It actually made a light come on in my car that said theft. First thing this morning April 13,2017 I called Ivory Chevrolet in Union City to get another Basic Key 🔑 with a chip. Ivory Chevrolet quoted me $90 for the Key, $100 to Program the Key 🔑, and $120 to turn off the theft light. I caused the theft light to come on by the Key I got from Walmart. because I didn't know my Key had a chip in it. So I called up Terry Cullen Chevrolet in Morrow, GA next and spoke to John. Terry Cullen Chevrolet is about 15-20 minutes away from my home and asked the same product question (not setting the theft sensor)just Key and coding.. I paided $29.99 w/tax $32!!! I will go to Terry Cullen Chevrolet for all my services to my car. When Ivory Chevrolet is less than a mile from my house. And they put air in my tires for free!! I don't remember that gentlemens name. Thank you very much Terry Cullen Chevrolet!! I like honest dealerships!! More

Car and turn on the ingestion and it say change Oil look at where my oil level was and it states 0% how is it 50% to 0% over nite not understanding and I A regular customer came in to have that checked just paid out $800 yesterday and payed out $37.20 for and oil chamge that I knew I had time on . Amd then your employees don't check fluid when changing oil so the are not topping off fluids . I'm still not understanding why did mynoul read 0% from 50% sitting on your lot over night. Paid too much to have car misdiagnosed Took my car into the dealership because the brake lights came on while driving and would go off after pressing the brake. "Specialist" said I needed to replace my brakes and would have to come out of pocket $900 to replace the ESC sensor since it came on while driving. I did my researched and googled my issue which was a recall. I eventually found out how to resolve it myself by going on youtube. So in essence I overpaid for brakes and would have overpaid for a sensor due to the lack of knowledge by the staff. I called and told the service manager and he didn't offer not one apology. I will never buy a Chevy or any car from Terry Cullen! More
