I believe we are in the process of getting your car fixed. Very sorry about the delay. Supply chain logistics due to Covid has us very backed up. That's also the reason for no loaner cars for the time being. We only have 15 new cars in stock and we normally have close to 200 so we have no cars available to put in our loaner fleet.
