We went in with a 2016 trade in, financing through them and we had no lease or special financing and we had the screen shot of the deal online. When the sales person sent the manger over. He could not give us a reason for the decision. Also they valued our trade in at our pay off. While it actually valued at more. Not happy I had a 10am appt for my car and i didn't get it back until 5p because I was told there where 3 cars ahead of mine even though I had an appt. Lied and told me that I needed a new engine in my hummer h3. If I had read the terrible review on another site, I would have ever taken my car there. This dealership has had my 2015 Trax for nearly three weeks to repair a very minor bumper problem. My insurance company sent to adjusters out to approve the.damages. The first inspector quoted a price of approximately $594.00. However, mechanics took the entire bumper off and found additional damages. The second adjuster approved it, insurance submitted payment, both stating that it is a two day job. The first and second weeks, I was patient, giving them the benefit of doubt. Even though, staff never reached out to me to inform me of the process. I am always calling them to get, it will be ready on a specific day and never is. When I read the negative reviews, I noticed the owner "Terr Cullen" replied to each one with contact our service manager. He, just like his staff is not interested in customer satisfaction. This was my first and my last dealing with Terry Cullen Chevrolet. I will make certain that all dealership organizations and The BBB are aware of the service and unprofessional staff at Terry Cullen. Laura, Falicia and Jeremy are very nice on the phone and I appreciate that. However, they still have my car and I feel that they have caused problems with it, as one customer reported they did to is. The owner should be ashame of its staff and, how customers are treated. The competition in this industry is high with dealership staff that knows how to treat first time customers to have them become life timers. More
Money hungry I had dropped my car key n it fell apart. I was having a difficult time putting it back together correctly which would not allow me to start my car. I asked a service writer if he could assist me in putting it back correct so that I could start my car again. He said that he would have cut another key and reprogram it which was going to cost over $300. I went home and kept working at it til I finally go it right and was able to start my car again. This was just one a bunch of bad service I rcvd fm this dealership. More
I had the worst experience ever! I had to call 3 times to get an estimate on the work I was having done. Then I dropped my car off at 10 a.m. and when I didn't hear from them by 3 I c I had to call 3 times to get an estimate on the work I was having done. Then I dropped my car off at 10 a.m. and when I didn't hear from them by 3 I called. I called 8 times over a 40 minute period and was placed on hold, then told my car wasn't there and I wasn't in their system when I had just had work done the week before. Finally a woman was able to confirm that my car was there and I asked to speak with a manager once I arrived. He only apologized and gave my car keys to an associate to pull my car around the front. After waiting 10 minutes I went on the inside to find out why my car hadn't been brought to the front yet. The guy who handed my keys off acted like he didn't know where he had put the keys; and the guy that actually had the keys was wondering around saying he couldn't find my car. So at that point I asked for my keys and I had to pull my car around myself. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received!!! More
