Phenomenal Sales Service/so-so Service Dept The Service Dept picked my car up on Wednesday to install leather seating. They left us a loaner that was not so great, on empty, and leaked oil. Fr The Service Dept picked my car up on Wednesday to install leather seating. They left us a loaner that was not so great, on empty, and leaked oil. Friday afternoon I called and was informed we needed to come pick up due to their only driver being out. the lady was rude. However, I demanded our car be delivered back to us just as we agreed upon and with the loaner leaking oil we needed ASAP. We were told it would be Monday morning at the earliest. I simply would not take no for an answer and told her it was unacceptable. After being put on hold, she came back with a much better attitude and advised the car would be delivered the next morning at 9:30. A very nice and respectful young man delivered our car and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. I do understand being short staffed at this time and I am sure this was just frustration due to work volume and lack of personnel available. Other than that this has been an outstanding dealership and I would recommend anyone to go by and see them!! More
