Repairs took longer than initially projected (was supposed to be 4 or 5 days, turned into a week and a half). While you did provide a loaner, it took a few days to produce, and the one that you gave supposed to be 4 or 5 days, turned into a week and a half). Also, you found several items that needed additional maintenance - the truck was with you less than a month before for an oil change and none of these items was noted at that time. More

Brendan was very helpful reviewed the plan to review my issue. Had Jose take a test ride with me again Jose reviews my concerns then put the car on the lift .Brendan then reviewed options with me . the chevy dealership tells me they fixed my chevy on three seperate occasions. the check engine light comes back on on the way home every time. they did not fix the problem and refuse to issue a refund three seperate occasions. the check engine light comes back on on the way home every time. they did not fix the problem and refuse to issue a refund or resolve the issue. they reccomended i take it to a different dealer .
