After contacting a sales associate at the dealership requesting a look at a particular vehicle, we were told it was available and we set up a time to meet. When he returned he had no idea who we were so we told him we were here to look at the vehicle we discussed over the phone. He went to get the key, but discovered it had been sent to auction that morning, after we had called. Very frustrating to drive from Torrington for nothing. More

When I called for the appointment to schedule an oil change, I mentioned having the AC compressor recently replaced and how the engine light came on. Now that I'm here, they want to charge $139 for a diagnosis even though we suspect that's what it is and they won't even look at the sensor. This is one of many problems that I've had; not being informed of a battery cable recall until it failed leaving me stuck on I95 at 10pm among the issues and if I didn't have free oil changes as long as I own the car, I would go elsewhere. I went inside and approached the salesman whose name was Mitch and he was extremely friendly and very pleasing to us. He brought the vehicle we had described to him that we saw. He did not rush us. I looked over everything I wanted to see and eventually we took it out for a ride a test ride. We were sold on it, no pressure.
