They needed to replace the back up camera which had to be ordered, which is understandable. However they jammed the display/media screen back in the dash crooked and in too far thus not allowing the trim rin ordered, which is understandable. So in stead of removing and reinstalling correctly they just left the trim ring on top of the dash? More
