Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Harry Ranney. I was just inquiring. about an electric car, the Volt. He showed me some cars, did not like color, and as I understand it this car would not go far on electricity. I asked how much I would get for my car which would determine if I purchased an electric car or not. He said the manager was looking at car. He kept me waiting many times in the office. He took me for a test drive and explained all of the technology offered by this car, Since I am not interested in all of that,I cut him short. He then rudely proceeded to ask me just how was I going to pay for this car, bring money(his voice kept getting louder and angrier.) Didn't I know I would have to make payments?? I said it all depended on the price I would get for my Cruze(very well taken care of) and I was expecting a basic Volt for electricity use. First he yelled that why had he had to move all those cars to get the volt. And on my way out I could hear him saying"do you believe all of the trouble I went through for this." Excuse me but isn't that his job and shouldn't he cater to the customer instead of yelling at her. I expect if I had a husband present this would have not happened. I was the one who should have been upset which I was very much so. I love your Service Center but would probably not buy a car from your dealership. Thank you. More

A nice thing was letting me take the car after a small deposit, as my brokerage transfer was the following day. I felt that small town trust, they know I live up the road and am not going anywhere, but still, a nice feeling. In the past, I found the service dept. to be quite competent. Not cheap, but top notch. Hopefully now with pretty new cars and a well repaired truck, it'll just be routine maintenance for the next few years. More

Out of state buyer, total professionals. I found this car online and knew I had to have it. The Chevrolet SS with a 6 speed manual transmission is a very rare car. At any one time, there are only about 10 or 12 manuals for sale in the ENTIRE COUNTRY! At no point did Jeremy pressure me to give them money up front immediately. He took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for, to see if the car was what I was looking for. Eventually, after I was comfortable with dealing with the dealership so far away, I did then put a deposit down. Over the next few days we came to mutually agreed on price. They began the process by finding an incredible rate for financing. I was originally gonna use my credit union but they beat them by almost a half percent! They overnighted the paperwork and I sent it back. They even were able to arrange shipping, but they use the same company to ship there cars. Unfortunately I was able to find a better deal on my own. But due to that company delaying I decided it was cheaper and faster to fly out. Me and my son flew out in the morning and took a Lyft out to them. They had the car washed, waxed and full of gas. It was even better than they described. If your out of state, do not hesitate to buy from them. They handled all the paperwork to pay the taxes and register it back in my state. Great dealer. Great salesman Jeremy. Great finance manager. Everyone in the process was great. More
