Completely disappointed I went in for a service recall and was told the parts would be there in 2-3 days. It’s been a month and no parts Yesterday I received a notification I went in for a service recall and was told the parts would be there in 2-3 days. It’s been a month and no parts Yesterday I received a notification stating that I haven’t done my part for the recall???? From my understanding this recall is a severe safety concern and Chevy apparently isn’t concerned about the repercussions. I guess Chevy headquarters will have to be my next point of contact. More

Great experience just one little thing The overall experience was really good. There is only one thing that was a bit of an annoyance in our used car buying experience. When we took possess The overall experience was really good. There is only one thing that was a bit of an annoyance in our used car buying experience. When we took possession of the car there was only one ignition key. The salesperson says that another key will be made, but we'd may have to pay for half the cost to make it. We are supposed to contact him tomorrow 7/19/19 about getting the second key made. I am hoping that Terryville Chevy will supply a second key as a part of the sale with no extra charges. Most car sales typically will come with 2 keys. The sales and finance staff were very nice and like I said overall this was a good experience. I hope that the dealership can just correct the one issue about the key. More
