Another repetitive review of how Terryville Chevrolet is 5⭐️ I needed an oil change. Turns out I had a check engine light on as well. Dan made sure that I knew, and that I had the diagnostic done. I’ve had an issue with a light before (different vehicle), but they never bothered with it (different location). He made sure I knew about it and what my options were. He apologized for the long wait (didn’t matter to me, I had nowhere to go, and I know how busy it gets), and made sure I was satisfied with everything. ABSOLUTELY! Thanks to Dan (as well as the service staff), the biggest item of stress on my head is a non issue now! More

I went to get my truck from an oil change and they didnt know where my truck was. They found it in the detail department and had it scheduled for detail. I waited almost 30 min just to pick up. More

Vehicle was cleaned and waiting out front when we arrived, quick test drive, once or twice back and forth on the deal and we were done. Stephen Venturo made the stack of paperwork part go smoothly. Called a few days later for pickup and it was ready and waiting, registered and (3/4) full of gas... Overall a very positive experience. Good to work with Harry and Stephen and appreciate not being steered away from what I wanted or hard sols some other options or accessories. Give the customer what they want.. and they will return! Thank you Jeremy On May 24 I called Terryville Chev to inquire about a Subaru listed in their inventory. It happened to be the exact same model as one I previously h On May 24 I called Terryville Chev to inquire about a Subaru listed in their inventory. It happened to be the exact same model as one I previously had looked at and maybe purchase. The other dealership tried to hustle me and make a hefty commission off of me had I finalized the deal. Jeremy was enthusiastic, he listened to want I wanted. He listened to my concerns, also to where the numbers needed to be to make the deal work for me and my banker. The other place didn't listen to anything I had to say. All they saw were $$$. So much that the rep from the other dealer tried to pull a fast one by pretending to be a a customer to inquire about this other car. Which I find to be so disloyal and shady. Jeremy made my experience go from OMG to ooohhhh yeah. He worked hard and made everything fall into place and saved me money, offered more money for my trade in which helped with the negative equity, so much that I still had some wiggle room for warranty that is very affordable. Jeremy and Steve made me feel assured, and like I was part of the Terryville family. The other place made me feel as if I were in a fast food joint, get them in then get then out. Excellent price, friendly people, Jeremy my salesmen Awesome Jeremy my sales person set everything up for me over the phone, I drove three hours from New Jersey and was told I would be ready to see the finance Jeremy my sales person set everything up for me over the phone, I drove three hours from New Jersey and was told I would be ready to see the finance manager at 3 PM to sign out the car. When I got there at 2:55 they were all ready for me which was very impressive, as they had many people waiting to buy cars that day. Jeremy was extremely helpful and attentive and made me feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this dealer for any new or used car purchase. More
