I would reccomend service. Not sales. I have a family friend of mine who works at this dealership, and so I thought I'd give them a try. I walked in with a vehicle that I needed paid off, I have a family friend of mine who works at this dealership, and so I thought I'd give them a try. I walked in with a vehicle that I needed paid off, and $1000 down for a newer car. While the car I ended up going with was a pre-owned, it was still always serviced at this dealership, nicely taken care of, 1 owner, and all the car fax came back clean, so I went with the deal. They told me they would pay off my old car in full, ($3000 is what I owed) but never told me their appraisal for my old car..which was $1500 less than what I needed paid off...that extra $1500 ended up getting rolled over onto the sticker price of new car I was buying, and I never got any of this information back until they were ready to send me off the lot with the car and finalize the deal with the finance guy, etc...I ended up biting the bullet and driving away in a better suited car for me,but also paying more money then I initially intended. Fine. The very next day I see one of my friends at a stoplight, and roll the driver side window down to say hi, and when the light turned green I rolled the window half way up and then it got stuck......I had to pull over, and physically pull the window up. I went BACK to the dealership, and mind you I've only had this car for 6 days at this point. I checked in with service, they checked my car out, and it turns out that my driver side window motor needed a new "regulator" which was almost $400. Long story short, they waved the service fee of about $150 and refused to help fix my car because I bought it used, and "as is" although it came from their dealership, always serviced there, and guaranteed by them that it was good. Unless this issue is fixed, I wont be back anytime soon, and neither will any of my friends. More
