Absolutely horrible I brought my truck down for the dealer to perform an oil consumption test. First off I wasn’t told I had to have them perform an oil change since I al I brought my truck down for the dealer to perform an oil consumption test. First off I wasn’t told I had to have them perform an oil change since I already did it about a thousand miles before. When I called to make the appointment the service writer was extremely rude. Then we were told it would only be 45 minutes to perform an inspection, oil change and rotate the tires. After waiting for over 2.5 hours, all they did was change the oil and that’s it. Worst place to have service done, worst place to deal with if any issues that are wrong. Never referring terryville Chevy to anyone ever again More

Service is the best around Had an issue with the Tahoe we just bought and Amy contacted service immediately for us. Wouldn’t buy from anyone else. She makes it so easy.
