Feel like I got ripped off. Impalas on line gave a sale price on 4 impalas and I chose the one I wanted for that price. When it came time to deal he raised the price 1000 dollars Impalas on line gave a sale price on 4 impalas and I chose the one I wanted for that price. When it came time to deal he raised the price 1000 dollars. Told me the prices I saw ended that day. Lied because that night I went back on line prices did not change. Went back on 2 days later prices still did not change. I was pissed. I feel like I got ripped $1000.00. I spent 5 hrs there that day. JimO'cooner spent more time talking about other stuff including his life instead of just concentrating on selling me a car. Should not take 5 hrs to sell a car. The was some damage in the rear end of the car so I wanted it fixed. She raised his voice saying this is a used car you cannot Nick pic the car. I have to make some money on the car. I told him if not fixed not going to buy that car. He got upset and said now I have tell the used car mgr that this has to be painted. He said car did not come in with this on it. Must of been the lot guy. I said not my problem. After I bought the car afterwords I never heard back about him about updates of the car ect...I had to call him. There was no front plate so holder had to ordered plus another key. Well I waited weeks not hearing from him so finally I called him and he said good thing you called service asked me what to do with this stuff. my gut told me he was lying and if I did not call him I he still would not of called me. In closing I feel I got ripped off 1000.00 because the price on line was 1000.00 less and I told him several times in the lot about the prices on line and those were the cars I wanted to see. The impalas 4dr. When I picked up the car I told him how I felt and he said to me all we did was play with the numbers. It's just numbers but you didn't pay that price so it doesnt matter. It's just to make the deal look good. Inside I did not agree because the price went up 1000.00 so I am losing 1000.00. Not a joyful experience and I am asking for the owner of Terryville Chev to see and read this. Will I buy another car from this place probably not.
