Bought a used car that had paperwork in it from previous owner. Contacted him with a few questions and he asked if they gave me the extra set of wheels which they didn’t. Tried to find out about that plus If I could still get the oem exhaust they had. Car had a catless downpipe on it, so passing ny emissions will be a problem. Yet they asked me straight up if my trade in had one (which it did) because of that same reason. Even if you don’t have these parts a simple response of no would be appreciated and takes little time. But our transaction was complete so....yeah experience turned out just like you’d expect from many dealers out there. Finance part of everything was great though. John was a good guy to work and deal with. More
