I Purchased a car at Terryville Chevrolet last Fall Once I chose my car, I was able to pick it up with in a days time. The dealership worked hard to make sure I got the car quickly. I returned the car Once I chose my car, I was able to pick it up with in a days time. The dealership worked hard to make sure I got the car quickly. I returned the car for a day of service because there was a rattling sound underneath. I did receive a loaner car for the day. I was told that a part was replaced. When I picked up my car, a 2011 Nissan rogue, the rattling sound was still there. I was asked to bring the car back and this time I had a mechanic ride with me and he noted that sound etc. The car was in the shop another day This time I was told a Nother part was replaced. I was told that the rattling had been resolved and I was safe. To this day, the car still has rattling going on underneath. It sounds like there is something loose underneath. Bad weather and work hours prevented me from addressing the problem further. This past weekend, I have a service done on the car, oil change and all points inspection, etc. There was no mention of anything unsafe. More
