Just OK I had an appt for an oil change on a Saturday. A half hour before it, I was called, because they were short staffed and couldn't see me. I work 9-5, l I had an appt for an oil change on a Saturday. A half hour before it, I was called, because they were short staffed and couldn't see me. I work 9-5, like most people, so they didn't have an appt I could make until that Thursday. I go. It takes just over an hour and costs over $70. I had also asked them to put air in my tires, because the dashboard light had turned on saying one was low. As I'm checking out, I'm told the dash light would turn off after I drove a couple miles. It didn't. I called them Saturday morning, to ask why. They said the sensor is probably faulty, but they can't get me in until the following Saturday. A loaner car was never offered so I could drop mine off during the week. More

Worst car buying experience I ever had. Car was advertised on-line but not on lot. Many delivery dates were set and changed. I finally set date/time myself and car was not ready! When I asked a question about paper credit application, salesman took app and started filling it out for me. When I didn't readily have work phone # available, salesman said, "They're not going to call it anyway" And just wrote down a number he made up. The finance manager came over to meet me and got my name wrong 3 times! Car is fantastic but dealership services for purchase were terrible. Will not be going back to Terryville Chevy More
