Don’t use this service center if you want things done right. I’ve used this service center a few times so far and they consistently either forget to do things or are incapable of doing things. In the past I have I’ve used this service center a few times so far and they consistently either forget to do things or are incapable of doing things. In the past I have brought my truck in for simple services where basic things that were included weren’t done I.E. not rotating tires, not topping off washer fluid, not filling my DEF fluid even though I paid for it, and even things as simple as resetting my oil change light after an oil change. I continued to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt because I really like their sales team. Then my brand new truck starts clicking and squeaking more then my model year 2000 truck does, so I bring it in 3 different times without the problem being solved. The first time “problem can’t be recreated”. Ok no problem. Second time, problem heard and recreated but couldn’t be diagnosed after having it from 8am-5pm. Need to bring back another day. Bring it back the following week and that tech is on vacation and another tech says “there’s no problem. It’s just a truck and they make noise.” REALLY?! So myself, another tech, and other people around me all hear this awful squeaking and “it’s just supposed to do that”? How lazy can people be. So I brought it to a REAL service department who diagnosed and fixed the problem in 2 hours. The leaf spring bushings needed to be greased. I was told there is even an open bulletin about it and that’s the first thing that should have been done. Trucks great now. So thanks for wasting my time and stressing me out for nothing terryville. More

Above and Beyond Due to ambiguity in written specifications, the vehicle I ordered and was about to accept delivery on, was found to be incapable of being flat towed. Rich and staff worked to resolve the issue and and ended up with me getting the vehicle upgrade that I needed at no additional costs to me. I have never heard of another dealership taking this course of action to insure that the customer walked out of the building satisfied beyond expectations. More

Almost a perfect experience After picking up the car and installing some weather tech floor mats a week later after purchase when flipping up the seats in the second row I uncove After picking up the car and installing some weather tech floor mats a week later after purchase when flipping up the seats in the second row I uncovered lots of dog hair that I had to clean before installing the mats. I also found out that the windshield wiper motor does not work and the reservoir for fluid wasn't filled. It made for a challenging family vacation a few weeks ago with having to stop to clear the windshield from bugs with Windex and paper towel multiple times. Our experience in the financing department was excellent. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even helped us afterwards when I tried to schedule something with the service dept. and they had no record of me as a customer. He assured me he would head back to the service department and make sure that my appointment for this coming week as all set and accurate. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my vehicle and it truly is the perfect choice for my family. More
