When I decided it was time to upgrade my vehicle my thoughts immediately turned to Jim - one phone call and I was comfortable that I needed to look no further. I gave him a feel for what I might be looking for and about how much I was interested in spending. Within 24 hrs Jim was back in touch with me with a few ideas and a couple specific cars he had available. I was headed to Terryville as soon as I heard from Jim - looked at one of the vehicles he had mentioned - it was the perfect match. A quick and painless diascussion of money - deal was done! Very fair trade-in number on my car and a great price on a fantastic Buick Encore. Spent a few painless and VERY efficient minutes with great young man named Steve - deal was done! Easy, straightforward experience. Went to Terryville Chevy as my first stop of the day going to check out a handful of used Wrangler’s. Never made it to the other 4. Franco, my salesmen, was very personable and exceptionally helpful and made me very comfortable about the sales process, I don’t generally trust salesman but he really answered all my questions and if he didn’t have the answer he got it. The truck was well priced and in very good shape for the year. If you know Wranglers they tend to be FAR overpriced for their condition, I felt I paid a reasonable price. They assisted me through the financing process and gave me several options to choose from. I initially wasn’t going to trade in my current truck but was going to sell it private party but they offered me a, what I felt anyway, a very fair price for it as well so I ended up going with the trade in. I would happily purchase another car from Terryville Chevy and will be recommending them to my friends and family. More
