Superb! We were searching for a Suburban with a maxtow and Midnight Edition, with specific options. We started our search online and had many disappointments; either they didn’t tell us the vehicle they quoted us was already sold or they told us they would do a dealer swap. Both situations we drove over an 1 1/2 + hours to find out the vehicle was gone or they took a deposit on a vehicle that wasn’t guaranteed they could get. One call to Terryville late evening Meg answered and over the phone did the deal on our perfect vehicle! It was super easy she took the deposit on a credit card and I drove from NH to CT to do the paperwork. Other than a long drive, this was the best auto buying experience I’ve ever had. John in finance had all the paperwork ready for me to go over and sign. It was a seamless experience in a dealership that is filled with very competent and courteous employees! Sadly it can’t be our preferred dealership for service since we live 2 1/2 hours away. More
