bad sale I purchased a vehicle 2019 that was a leased vehicle turn in, it has a few small dings and cosmetic issues but this was acceptable. I had the vehicle for a few months an it started having motor issues, It would be hard to start and when it did would not run smooth, I got it back to the dealership and they said they went over it and reset the computer and it should be good, I took it home and the same issue happen, I even video taped the noise it made and how it wouldn't idol. I then took it back to the dealer again and they worked on it for hours and I waited. They said it was all set. I took the vehicle out of the dealership and got 100 yards down the road and the engine light came on and vehicle was making noise. I took it back into the dealership and they gave me a loaner vehicle and told me to leave the vehicle. They called me a day or so later an said they vehicle was ready to be pick up. I took it home and the next day engine light came on and the same issues. I went to the dealership and told them I did not want the vehicle as it is un reliable and it appears that they( dealership) cannot fix it. They showed me other vehicles as I wanted a Colorado 4 door as the one I had. After a while I found a vehicle. This one was brand new and the price was higher. NOW the manager said he could not give me all my money back on the other vehicle. He said that he had 2 mechanics working on my other vehicle for over 8 hours and the labor cost him money. I told him that was not my fault. He also said now he is stuck with the broken vehicle. After he also said that there was no special discounts on the new vehicle I selected. The dealership had me in a bind as I did not was the vehicle I had issues with and I didn't was another used vehicle, So when I purchased this new vehicle I lost over 2 thousand dollars, He did throw in some free oil changes. After this treatment I will never purchased another vehicle from them and will tell all my friends and connection about how I was treated. Now I have a new vehicle for several months now and this is the first time they contacted me. They never called, send message or E-mail for maintenance . So if you were me how would you feel. More

We purchased a brand new truck from there and the check engine light came on that same day and pretty much over 2 months we’ve been bringing it back and fourth to them the issue is not resolved yet. They Did the Right Thing I had an oil change here last week, and the Emissions light went on.
