Totally Satisfied I had a problem with my trans. They were not sure what it was. They stayed on it for a good day and a half. I was helped renting a car at a good price I had a problem with my trans. When they located the problem he said I will call you and let you know when to pick it up, which he did.It was all explained to me, even speaking to the mechanic Ted. Finally it was covered under my warranty, which was also explained to me. These guys really care, I would recommend this place to anyone needing service. More

The reason I only gave three stars (would have given 2.5 if it was an option) is very simple. The first issue was when I went to pick up the Ram crew cab 1500 bighorn I purchased. I was very disappointed in the condition of the truck, it was filthy the glue was still on the window from the window sticker it had not been washed or vacuumed there were still paper floor mats in the front while the real floor mats were thrown on the floor in the back. Now I was not expecting a elaborate detail job but I figured it would have at least been cleaned. When I asked my sales person why it wasn't cleaned I was told it was dealership policy. Issue number two was when I got into the truck to leave and turned it on there was an eighth of a tank of gas in it. Was I expecting it to be full? not really but an eighth I thought was just unacceptable. I was not anticipating have to drive right to a gas station and fill up. I kind of felt like once the sale was final the DEALERSHIP was almost saying now that we have your money we don't have to do anything further. It is kind of sad that details like these are overlooked and kind of ruined an otherwise pleasant truck buying experience. More

Satisfied despite disrespect. I came across Terterboro’s advertisement on social media, called up and scheduled an appointment. I’m a sucker for a good deal and so I drove 1.5 hour I came across Terterboro’s advertisement on social media, called up and scheduled an appointment. I’m a sucker for a good deal and so I drove 1.5 hours to this dealership to check out their, as advertised, many options when it came to a Dodge Ram 1500 express. I showed up at the agreed time and was told to wait for a representative to be with me. It was fine, as it gave me a chance to check out the 2018 models. I had been looking at trucks, unaproached for at least 15 minutes, which I knew to be a true 15 minutes because I took several calls and looked at three different trucks. I don’t know if there was some confusion as to who was supposed to approach me or if because of what I was wearing (a hi-vis jacket that I wear for work) that no one came to talk to me. It was after that period when a salesman, who was outside almost as long as I was, came up and introduced himself as Jason. He was friendly and enthusiastic while greeting me and brought me inside to talk about the trucks after I had disclosed to him my financial standing and credit score. While sitting in the special finance department another salesman wearing a white button down, came into the office and proceeded to yell in my face, at Jason and Sam who were helping me. I was already claimed by someone else and I was escorted to someone else’s office. Ira was in no way at fault or invoked in this exchange and he was extremely informative and helpful even though I found as I was not able to purchase a car. I found that employee to be rude and disrespectful that he speak and treat his coworkers that way in front of a customer. I returned later that day after work, to consider a used Dodge Ram and was impressed with the hard work both Sam and Jason devoted to my credit application even though it was almost closing time. I am strongly considering a used car from this dealership and recommending them to all of my friends, family and work buddies for their auto needs. They both went above and beyond today and turned my whole car buying experience around. More
