On more than one occasion I have brought my vehicles in for service, have been told to come get the "repaired" vehicle and have driven home with the same issues unresolved. I don't believe a sincere effort is made to ensure the customer's complaints are verified. Because if I pick up the car with the same problem, what exactly was done? What exactly did your technician fix? I had the TPMS sensors replaced in 3 wheels and immediately after my 2009 Durango developed a vibration at highway speeds. Tires were rotated. Problem still there. Wife's 2007 PT Cruiser was brought in for service and I asked that they look at the front end because of a loud creaking noise when going over bumps. Front end was lubricated and was told the noise is gone. Drive the car home and upon going over the first bump, the noise is still there. Truly frustrating especially since this is the closest Chrysler dealer to us. More

We were there to look into purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and we ended up here because of the reviews we read. He gave me an option of choosing either 0% APR or getting a rebate of $750 while most of the dealers never gave the 0% APR to make their quote look like the best quote. Also my dealer later charged me doc fees which I am not sure if Teterboro HCJ charges the same fee. Overall even though I did not purchase the car from this dealer but I saved money because of AJ's honest opinion and Transparency. More
