I got a flat tire this morning and called the service department to try and get a replacement tire. I have the tire and wheel package purchased through Jeep . They told me since I didn’t buy the car there there’s nothing they can do, then he told me he’s busy for the next week, even to replace a tire, then he also gave me an excuse that they have trouble getting reimbursed for the tire so they don’t like to do it. The guy sent me in circles and gave me every excuse in the book. Called a different Jeep dealership and they were very helpful and ordered the tire for me which should be in today. This is the second time I experience horrible customer service in this place, the first time was trying to purchase, hence why I didn’t buy my truck here. I let it go before, but had to say something now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, you will thank me later . More
