Terrible My husband and I were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler. We saw one we were interested in and called to see if we could come see it. We were told to co My husband and I were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler. We saw one we were interested in and called to see if we could come see it. We were told to come on in and test drive it. We drove from Ny over an hour away to come see the car. When we got there we were introduced to the salesman Deandre or “Dre” as he goes by. Let me just say that I have never had such a terrible experience. He took us ALL over the car lot to get to the Jeep and then had us sit in his office and wait since he couldn’t find it. He comes back and tells us a manager had taken the car home and therefore it wasn’t even at the dealership! That was ok, I mean these things happen but clearly there’s a lack of communication since they told us to come in and see it not knowing it was t even there. Then he had the guts to tell us his manager told him to lie to us and tell us it was at the detailer. However they did tell us it was in fact not even there as a manager had taken it home. We put a $100 deposit down on it to hold it so we could come back and see it in person. However after seeing the Carfax they have to us before we left we decided not to move forward with the deal. Dre told my husband we would have our $100 back in a few days. TWO weeks later we still didn’t have our deposit. My husband spoke to a manager and got no where saying Dre needed to help us. I called Dre the next day when he was back in the office and he flat out told me I had to come in to get the refund. I told him he had said we would simply get the refund back in a few days because he already had our credit card on file. He said “oh you haven’t gotten it yet?” I said no and he basically said we wasted his time on the car even though technical they wasted our time because we drove over an hour to get there for nothing. Then he said “selling cars is our speciality, not making sure people get their deposits back” I said “happy customers should be your priority”. I asked for another manager and he refused to give me one and then I told him I wasn’t going back and forth anymore and simply wanted my deposit back. he put me On hold and said accounts payable isn’t picking up and to call back in an hour. I asked for the accounts payable persons name and he wouldn’t give it to me, saying if he gave me the name he’d never hear the end of it. I finally got the lady who’s in charge of the refunds and she told me Dre never gave her the credit card information for me to get the refund. More

I went home to think it over and when I came back I looked for Rafael A, who greeted me with a Welcome Back. Again, he was very knowledgeable about the car and price I was looking for. With the help of Jacqueline Thompson (Internet Sales) we were able to come up with the vehicle and price I was looking for. The experience was great and I am very satisfied. The rest of the process seemed fairly easy and I walked out the door with a brand new Jeep Cherokee. I highly recommend this establishment. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and professional and all in all great experience from start to finish. More

AMAZING all around I walked in, told them what I needed and within an hour and 15 minutes I got exactly what I had wanted from the beginning. Horrible customer service I inquired about a new 2019 Pacifica Base model online, but Jackie, who works in internet sales, would not give me a price quote over email even thoug I inquired about a new 2019 Pacifica Base model online, but Jackie, who works in internet sales, would not give me a price quote over email even though I asked multiple times. I then informed her I would take time out of my busy schedule to come in, and she told me via email that she was ready for me and to ask for her when I came in. However, when I arrived.... she directed me to another salesman who did not know where the dealership's Pacifica that they use for test driving was parked. They clearly did not care that I was coming in for a visit. So, I ended up making a trip all the way to the dealer, and couldn't even test drive the Pacifica like I wanted to. Huge waste of time. To add further insult, they said they would activate some gift card promotion I had received. A month and a half later, it still shows that the dealer never bothered to fill out the form. It's clear to me that they don't care about my business and I will be sure to bring my business elsewhere. There are plenty of competent dealerships who know how to treat their customers with respect and courtesy. Don't waste your time with these people. More
