Never buy a car at night, it was so dirty on the inside. Stains even on the roof front and back. Called & complained; brought for “detailing” & it was done cheaper that the local car wash. Dirt on the visor and dashboard still all there. I was told by Sam that the car would qualify for the eco rate for ezpass (I’m a commuter so this was a big sell); not true. At the end of the day I made the choice to buy the car that night, but to realize in the morning I was sold the car did 3K more than it was absurd. the dealership talk got me bad, never again. Darryl Lalla sold me my new wrangler! That was and still has been a flawless experience almost 4 years later. You’re still the best Darryl. Initial review I wrote at their desk when sold a dream: Great service with Sam Darwish, James Hamdan, & Darryl Lalla. John in sales was great he ran out different options in two different cars and got me into a 2018 Durango gt blacktop that was very well loaded at a price that worked for me. Beware of Rebates or Incentives This dealership offered over $7000 in rebates and incentives when considering leasing a 2018 Dodge Durango GT with various packages. Unfortunately fo This dealership offered over $7000 in rebates and incentives when considering leasing a 2018 Dodge Durango GT with various packages. Unfortunately for me and my wife, they engaged in some shady practice of reducing rebates/incentives based on the banks. Then to make matters worse, we were told our $3500 cas down payment was not applied to reduce price of vehicle nor incentives. We ended up paying nearly $3000 more even with rebates and incentives. We are still trying to figure out how did nealry $4000 disappear. Please pay attention to their fast talk and fake smiles. More
