an hour agoNEW DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE. My 18' Camry would not start so I brought it to the dealership to be looked at. Turns out the battery needed replaced and the parking brake sensors n My 18' Camry would not start so I brought it to the dealership to be looked at. Turns out the battery needed replaced and the parking brake sensors needed to be reprogrammed. This experience was not bad from a customer service aspect. However, the next day I went to fill up on gas and the gas door button on the inside of the car wasn't working at all. There is an emergency release mechanism in the trunk for the gas door so I went and looked at that and the panel to that mechanism was already taken off and laid on the trunk floor. For a battery replacement, they should not have been in the trunk let alone in the emergency gas door release compartment. This proves to me that they already knew that something was wrong with it. It was working just fine before I brought my car to them so I went back and asked them to look at it/fix their mistake. They fought with me on multiple fronts saying that they did nothing wrong and that the motor just went out. It seems a little suspicious that it was working fine and then completely went out all of a sudden after their maintenance. They also quoted me over $600 to fix it. I will not be buying another car from Toyota. I will also be calling the Toyota corporate offices to complain about this dealership. I will never recommend anyone coming here for service or a new car ever again. More
