The service department is extremely incompetent. They don’t do the services that you schedule which then makes it so you have to schedule another appointment to get it completed. They have the parts department order the wrong parts, which you have to prepay for, and then don’t tell you they have ordered the wrong part until you have left your vehicle with them for the entire day and then have to schedule another appointment to have the right part put on. Then they tell the right part is twice they amount as the one you already paid for and think you should pay for it. They don’t answer there phones or return calls for that matter. Never will I ever take my vehicle back to them. More

The young lady who assisted me was very helpful and offered to arrange for a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced. When the final bill did not give me credit for the prepaid service plan, she offered to arrange for a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced.
