I purchased a new sierra on 2-23-24 which had a factory defect. After attempting to correct the problem it seems the defect cannot be corrected. I have visited the dealership to retrieve the truck multi defect. After attempting to correct the problem it seems the defect cannot be corrected. I have visited the dealership to retrieve the truck multiple times and have been disappointed when the engine light would turn on again seconds after leaving the dealership. I have missed hours of work as well as hours of personal time waiting to have some acceptable resolution. By this time I was hoping to get another truck with a slight upgrade in order to compensate for entire ordeal. Had I known this would have manifested I would have just kept my old vehicle. More

There is an issue with your finance department. I had to sign all the paperwork there and then again when I got home a couple days later, because there was an issue with the GM fleet plan.
