Within the past 3. 5 years I've purchased two new trucks from Texan Buick GMC. While I've enjoyed the driving experience of the two vehicles I am less enthusiastic with 5 years I've purchased two new trucks from Texan Buick GMC. While I've enjoyed the driving experience of the two vehicles I am less enthusiastic with the service I have received. Within one week of me purchasing a 2024 Sierra 1500 I scheduled an appointment to have the vehicle looked at because of noise distractions within the dash and grinding/rubbing in the steering wheel. During the scheduling I agreed to wait for the vehicle until work was completed. Upon check-in I was told that the the Service Department was 2-3 days behind and that I would need to leave my vehicle up to 72 hours and that the vehicle may not get serviced until such time. I asked if a loaner was available but was told the 2024 Sierra needed to be looked at beforehand to determine if it was under warranty before a loaner can be authorized. I would like to think the entire vehicle is still under warranty!! No service was done to correct issue. More

Everything was good except I paid cash in full and was told I couldn't have the 2nd key? Why? It's my vehicle that I bought outright! Why do I only get one of the keys? I will not be returning to this dealership for service. There was next to no communication on the status of my vehicle or the parts coming in. Not to mention it started with the confusion of dropping my vehicle off, for essentially no reason, so parts could be ordered. I brought my vehicle in for recall/retrofit work, called in advance, only to be told my parts needed to be ordered. This is AFTER I scheduled everything 3 weeks in advance. I had no clue the status of my vehicle the entire time it was there. This is the second time this has happened at this dealership. Both times I did everything I could think to do on my end as far as due diligence. Yet, parts were not ordered until my vehicle arrived. Both the service department manager and service advisor, Jessica, made empty promises about keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and the parts needed. The only updates I received were when I called in and asked. There was zero communication from midday Monday until Wednesday afternoon when I called in. I was personally assured by the manager that he’d keep me updated when parts were expected, when they came in and what the timeline looked like for my vehicle. I never once heard from him after we spoke on the phone Monday. I sent a follow-up message to Jessica Monday afternoon asking what the status on the parts were and got no answer. Radio silence until I called midday Wednesday. To my surprise, the parts had come in and a technician was working on my vehicle. If I had not called in, I would not have known this. I was then told I would received more updates via phone or text. Once again, I had to call in for updates. I will not be returning to this dealership More
