Where to begin. Dropped my truck off to be serviced, get an electrical issue diagnosed. Was told it was gonna be 24-48 hours. Wouldn't give me a rental. After 48 hours still couldn't get an update and called early because I needed to pick up my son from school and couldn't get ahold of my service provider despite leaving an urgent message so I could make accommodations to pick up my kid. Ended up having to get an Uber to a rental car agency to get a temporary vehicle. Still no reimbursement or rental to give me. Then when they finally got ahold of me it was to tell me I got bad fuel and my entire fuel system was ruined and metal was everywhere. They told me I would need to pay 12k to get it safe to drive again. Spent the next week talking with my insurance provider and they wanted to get my vehicle towed back to my house. Spent 3 days trying to get the tow scheduled just to end up canceling it because the service manager couldn't pick up the phone to get it coordinated. Got there to pick up my truck and take it home to have my truck absolutely crawling with ants everywhere. I am a very clean person so no reason for it. Had to deep clean every inch of my truck because of it. Following that I had 2 mechanics look at my truck afterwards and they used the scanner tool to pull up all the codes. Absolutely none indicated a problem with the fuel and further more they were all history status and not active. The tech and service provider costed me $1k in total costs because of this incident and tried to lie to get me to fork out 12k when there was nothing wrong with my truck. Never coming here again!
