CapitalOne Auto Navigator was to finance the purchase. Three years at $405/month. After more than a week of confusion, the sales contract is 6 and a half years, (78 months) at $258. Dealership added a $3995. 00 package of unwanted items and service with no option. Underhanded sales tactics. They did nothing not to mention a drive shaft for a 4x4 in the bed of the truck. Trailer hitch bent looks like the used it to pull a trailer and jack knows it. Was supposed to get a call from owner of lot. Crickets still no call. At 10,000 mile oil change was told rear Ed oil needed to be changed. Lies. The oil change package was told after purchase it is disqualified because it’s an eco diesel. Why was it sold to me so I only received two of the three changes. No one calls you back. I will never purchase from Texan dodge humble. More
It's ironic that on Texan Dodge website they show the acronym: "R.I.G.H.T. is actually an acronym that encompasses all of our values. Together these values create the foundation upon which we build ever acronym: "R.I.G.H.T. is actually an acronym that encompasses all of our values. Together these values create the foundation upon which we build every customer and employee interaction." Because after a visit there and dealing with Robert Barrett you would think the opposite. I have never met a more arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional human being. I am not sure what Texan Dodge is thinking having someone like that represent their brand but after reading many other reviews it seems as if many others experience the same thing at Texan Dodge. I have been to so many other dealerships in town and the majority of them are very nice, courteous, and professional unlike Texan Dodge. Stay away from these guys. They use the bait and switch tactic and DO NOT care about you, the customer. They only care about making $$$ and it clearly shows. It is sad that in today's currently social/political climate that people can't take out a little time to be more caring and tender. I am ashamed of these guys. Below are not the words that I would use to describe this dealership. BE WARNED. STAY AWAY. More

They wouldn’t admit it was stole until they reviewed the cameras. that took a week Then they pushed me off to their insurance company that wouldn’t cover the claim because of some sneaky vocabulary. I am now forced to have my insurance company persue su rigatoni These people do not do right by their customers they don’t care about their customers and their ownership group rep that I communicated with for Ken Garff Came off as a cocky know it all.
