Went here for an oil change I had an appointment for. Showed 15mins early for appointment. They took my car and it sat in a parking spot for almost an hour. I went to ask about it and was told everyone was at lunch. I wasn't too happy with that answer so guy went to check on car. Then someone runs and gets my car from service area. Guess not everyone was at lunch afterall. 30mins later car is done. Never once saw the service advisor that first helped me ever after car was 1st taken. Noone came and said anything about my car and if it needed anything else. Horrible customer service. 1st and last time at this location. More

This was my second service appointment at Texan JEEP. I was happy with my first service appointment. I also responded via text with the following information and heard NOTHING back from my service repres I was happy with my first service appointment. I also responded via text with the following information and heard NOTHING back from my service representative. I am part of the JEEP Wave program. My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation and included a car wash. My vehicle was NOT washed and there was a lot of grime left on the inside of my windshield where the old oil change reminder decal was taken off. Because the car wash and removal of the decal were so far below acceptable standards, it makes me question if the oil change and tire rotation were done correctly. I would expect that after someone at Texan JEEP reads the above feedback, I would be contacted, but since I did not receive a phone call after I responded to the text I responded to immediately after my service appointment, I am not holding my breath that anyone will reach out.
