I purchased a 2019 Kia Optima. I later found out that it was difficult to get insurance for Kia due to the high theft rates and for the theft software. The company suggested that I call the dealership and get a reverse contract (manager unwind) or find an even trade for another vehicle. I later called Texan, told them my problem and received no help phone call or reply. (That was 2 weeks ago. So TODAY I called and just told them that I will be returning the car because my 30 days isn't up. ( Someone had time to talk today..sarcasm) The General manager told me that I could not return it or get my down payment back and was being very rude. My son died last year and this purchase was supposed to be special because I got it a day before Mother's day. But instead it turned out to be a nightmare. They get your money and have nothing to do with you after the deal is done. (But claim they care about the customers...in which is a lie. They told me I could bring the car back within 30days if I had any issues. (Issues wasn't specified) That was a lie also. More

The sales personnel are exceptional, however I can’t say the same for the service department. This is the second time I have taken my car in for service and have had a problem. Today I arrived at 7:30 A.M. the same for the service department. This is the second time I have taken my car in for service and have had a problem. Today I arrived at 7:30 A.M. my appointment time for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor then brought over the print out at 8 am and informed me that I needed an alignment. I said yes let’s do the alignment. I was there for 3 hrs and 30 mins waiting for my car. That was absurd. The service department makes me not want to purchase another vehicle with them due to my first two experiences being horrible. More
