Scheduled online noting I would wait for my car. When I dropped it off, they told me it could take 24 hours to diagnose and I had to leave it there. (Digital servicing problem). The solution to When I dropped it off, they told me it could take 24 hours to diagnose and I had to leave it there. (Digital servicing problem). The solution to a split emission line was a new fuel tank costing me $2600 on a car with only 18k miles. This is not a high pressure, flammable problem. (Nissan corporate passing cost on to the customer instead of allowing just the hose to be fixed) Received a call at 11:30am that my car would be ready for pick up at noon and to head that way. I asked for call when the car was actually ready and told them I would be there in an hour - which would be 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:25, Leo asked that I wait in the lounge while he checked in another client. After waiting for 25 min in the lounge and Leo helping at least 2 other customers while I waited, I finally asked someone else to help me. No one could help me they said - had to be Leo. He then made excuses that my car wasn’t ready yet, he still had to process my paperwork and the car hadn’t been washed yet. (Process problem and customer service problem) They also left a tool in the car - does this mean they didn’t finish? I’ve only ever bought Nissans - 6 of them - and this is by far the worst service I have ever received at a dealership. More
