I’m giving a one star review because I had no idea that Fiat was no longer a part of the Autobarn group. The last time I visited in May it was still Fiat now it’s just Nissan & Mazda??When did this change Fiat was no longer a part of the Autobarn group. The last time I visited in May it was still Fiat now it’s just Nissan & Mazda??When did this change happen?As a current customer with a warranty and service agreement with the Autobarn, why was I not notified by email, phone, or mail that Fiat was no longer going to be a part of the dealership and provide me info on what I do next should my car need repair? And how does this affect my warranty and service agreement moving forward? I’m really concerned because luckily this time I was just in for a simple oil change, but the technician told me all the things that they can no longer do for my car, or check for, because the technicians they have there don’t understand “Italian cars” and how to service them. Are you kidding me?!? Now what do I do?? I spent all this money on a new car with a warranty & service agreement and the Autobarn can no longer service my car??? This is unbelievable. Worst customer service EVER. More
