Terrible customer service. Called salesman with a question about the car I bought never got a returned call. The original car I went to see was riddled with hail storm damage - but they showed it to question about the car I bought never got a returned call. Dealt with Lewis for financing through Autobarn Nissan. He sold us a warranty and did not disclose all the information to us about how it would affect our total loan cost. "Forgot" to process our down paym He sold us a warranty and did not disclose all the information to us about how it would affect our total loan cost. "Forgot" to process our down payment when we signed our contract, then wouldn't return our call. We had to go to the dealership to get clarification on what our down payment was applied to-- our warranty, NOT our actual car loan. Then he was condescending and rude when we told him to cancel our warranty and redirect our down payment. Bad business. Slimy guy. More
