After having purchased multiple cars from these guys over the last 10 years I was EXTREMELY disappointed with their service department. They did unauthorized work to “deodorize” my wife’s car and now the sm the last 10 years I was EXTREMELY disappointed with their service department. What’s so much worse then the screw up is that they deny any issue (even though two other mechanics said they made a huge mistake in their application of whatever they used) and they stonewalled me and refused to do anything about it….
