The service advisor Julian Edisma tried to rip me off and really tried to give me the run around. Unfortunately there's no loyalty here apparently. He insisted that my business here in the past doesn't matte really tried to give me the run around. Unfortunately there's no loyalty here apparently. I literally had to go to him for an update. I've spent over 10k at this dealership and came over an hour away with a newborn at home...complete waste of time. Due to this interaction with him unfortunately I will have to find another dealership to work with. More
