Overall Experience Most recent service was for an. Oil Change. Service was excellent for oil Change. However I recently purchased four new tires for our Outback. Wh Most recent service was for an. When making an appointment I request time for installation, balancing, and a wheel alignment. I presented an email containing several coupons for a discount on the tires and work. Service Manager, Tom Fennewald, spoke with me while I was waiting and told me that a discount on the tires was not available. He asked me to send him by return email the original email sent out by Subaru. When reviewing the work done I saw no charge for wheel alignmen. So I decided to ask Mr. Fennewald about the missing wheel alignment. Did not receive a reply so sent same email a second time. Again no reply. With in a couple of days called service and asked why a wheel alignment was not done. I was told wheel alignment was checked and service rep felt “it was close enough.” Have to admit I felt answer did not leave me feeling very confident. Would have preferred to have known exact numbers and range of acceptability. More

I was introduced to Tom Fennewald who described the service personnel and the service provided. Our Subaru has had all required service at Autobarn. When we drive into service I am greeted by Dale Rowden who goes over the required service. I always take his advice because his recommendation are best for my car. I always request Service Mechanic Nick Sydor who has done all the required service. I know he does quality service because our car always performs and is a pleasure to drive.. More

They treat you as if you are special! Polite & respectful. Maybe a bit expensive for windshield wipers, but they work SO well, and the cheaper ones just do not. I have nothing else to say.
