Don't go there for service I would not recommend this place to anyone. Every time I went in for service, there was always an issue. They don't see anything wrong, or they can't I would not recommend this place to anyone. Every time I went in for service, there was always an issue. They don't see anything wrong, or they can't hear what I hear, or they don't cover this and that even though the car was brand new. When I was buying the car, they told me that I would have 3 oil changes for free. as it turned out the first one was, but when I got there the second time, they said the second one wasn't free and I had to pay for it. Another time, they wanted to keep my car overnight but wouldn't give me a rental ( said they didn't have one at the moment). I went to a different dealer that is a little farther, but everyone is nice and never had a problem again. More

Drive 45 minutes to get there and they don't have the car! Called to test drive an Outback with a 4 cyl and compare it to a 6 cyl model. I called and asked to speak to a sales associate. When I explained I wanted to drive the cars back to back to decide which engine we wanted she checked inventory and told me they had two 6 cyl and many 4 cyl models. She then asked when I could be there to test drive. I told her within the hour. My wife and I rush over to the dealership to be greeted by some other sales person outside. He knew we had come to drive both models. He immediately tells us that within the last 45 minutes they had sold the 6 cyl model. My wife tells him we just drove an hour to get here. We turn around and get back in our car and leave. Kathy told me they had two 6 cyl models! whatever. We will be dropping 35k on a new Subaru outback but our money won't be going to these guys. All they had to do was be honest and tell me Kathy screwed up. nope they figured it would be better to lie to me and tell me that they miraculously sold the car in the 45 minutes it took me to get there. They had my cell number too, a call to tell me not to come would have been nice. I still have yet to get an apology from them for wasting my time. More
