The bid was accepted and the service advisor was friendly and easy to work with. When I came in to the dealership, I met Mario. He was able to expedite the purchasing process, making the purchase very customer friendly. He was also able to find the car that I truly wanted (it was a color change) and have it delivered to the dealership ahead of schedule. Based on the appearance and culture of this dealership and its employees, it is much more professional than the other one that I visited. I have been looking to buy a new Subaru and have been dealing with Paul Hosman at the Autobarn in Countryside. I used to own a Forester and now drive a much larger SUV, but still miss my Forester. Paul is an awesome salesperson and is very knowledgeable and professional, with a great sense of humor. I haven't decided which Subaru to buy yet but am leading toward an Outback.
