When it came to the price negotiation it was not simple or immediate, but it was reasoned and respectful, and I felt that my arguments which had traction were properly accepted. Also, both Mario and Brian carefully tried to do all they could to make me feel comfortable with the final outcome, when they saw me consumed with some issue they tried to find a solution or a better alternative. Brian also took care of me with patience and calm, even as we had to stay almost an hour past the closing of the program to finish the paperwork. If the service is as competent as the sales for this dealer, I feel that I will return often for additional products and perhaps even the next vehicle. More

What I liked was that I was not treated like I was stupid. The numbers weren't what I wanted to start but Mario did not present them as if he were doing me a favor giving me his numbers. We talked, we came up with new numbers that I thought were a great deal, on a great car, so I bought the car on the spot. The dealership and Mario were very efficient and friendly and informative.
