I made a last minute appointment for routine 6 month service on my 2017 outback. From start to finish, this dealership delivers. They are professional, efficient, and courteous! Can't get better than this! I wrote my dealership about my battery (I've had three in a 2017 Legacy). I've since had several talks with the manager who was delightful and helpfu I wrote my dealership about my battery (I've had three in a 2017 Legacy). I've since had several talks with the manager who was delightful and helpful. They came to my house to get the car, left me a loaner, and kept me up to date on what was going on. My battery was bad. The mechanic shared with me that there are some Subaru cars that wear out batteries - mine obviously one of them. They put in a new battery at no charge to me and returned it within a day. More
