Used car purchase My husband and I shopped online for a used car. We were immediately greeted by Alex. We told him what car we were interested in seeing. He showed us, My husband and I shopped online for a used car. We were immediately greeted by Alex. We told him what car we were interested in seeing. He showed us, discussed what our price point , needs, driving habits , etc were. We test drove the car and loved it. The car was priced right. The paperwork was a relatively quick process. Let’s face it, compared to a new car, this car was not going to provide a huge sale for Alex. But he provided exemplary service, spent a lot of time answering all of our questions and setting up our in car phone system. He didn’t need to. But I can promise that great customer service such as this will bring us back. Financing went quickly and efficiently- I believe we worked with Juan. Very personable and friendly and patient. Overall we were both impressed with the staff AND how clean Athens dealership was. More

Excellent Used Car Inspection This dealership treated me with respect and did a thorough inspection of my new (used) car I purchased from a different dealer.
