Every experience that I've had has been nothing short of amazing. When i pull up the lot is clean and organized, when I walk in someone greets me in a timely manner and always with a friendly smile, when I leave I leave happy and knowing that one of my biggest investments is in the right hands.. Everyone that I have interacted with (at least every employee) has always been friendly, happy, educated and willing to go the extra mile for me. From Service to Sales to Finance I give them a 10 out of 10. I 100% would recommend this dealership to Family and Friends or anyone just looking to explore getting a new/used car. More
Unfulfilled Promises / Shady Purchase Offers Very disappointed in this dealership. I received an offer from them through KBB to purchase my vehicle, and they literally begged me to come in and s Very disappointed in this dealership. I received an offer from them through KBB to purchase my vehicle, and they literally begged me to come in and show them the vehicle and they promised me a much higher deal than the KBB offer. So, I decided to take the time to make the drive to this dealership for a larger offer after I made it clear to them that I already had an offer from another dealer for $1000 more than the KBB offer. They said they could beat that offer as well. Well, long story short, they only offered me $50 more than the other dealership which wasn't even worth my drive over there. I decided to pass on their "offer" and go with the original offer at the other dealership. I feel like I was deceived by them and enticed to go there with the unfulfilled promise of a much higher offer. That's no way to do business, and that's no way to treat a customer. More

Unlike the aforementioned Gerald, my salesperson Robert Foreman was professional, caring, and, when necessary, he went out of his way to meet my needs. Stress free, hassle free I came in with my husband and daughter on a Friday night, showed Nico a copy of the Tiguan I was interested in. He brought it to the front and we checked it out. Took it for a test drive and I was sold! Told Nico to make the numbers work and we would write out a check! Everything worked out great and I love my new car! Nico asked who was going to be the primary driver which was me and he directed his instructions to me! He has personality and knowledge of the cars which is important but laid back enough to think you are talking to a good friend! I’m dealing with cancer and have a bald head and I wear a ball cap and I’m very self conscious of it. Nico didn’t even flinch! Put me at ease right away and made me comfortable! He made my crappy week a lot better! My family has bought 3 vehicles before at the Autobarn and it’s always been a pleasant experience! Thank you! More
