The service writer Falicha Newton selected a modest service appropriate for our Forester's mileage. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation was longer than expected. The customer waiting area was noisy but the public seems to like a TV blaring. I used the Kids' Corner which was less noisy. The Forester was returned to us impeccably washed and dried!
