Go the extra Mile I decided to purchase a 2015 Jetta GLI for my son and Autobarn of Countryside had one on the way but wasn't to be released to dealers until mid Decemb I decided to purchase a 2015 Jetta GLI for my son and Autobarn of Countryside had one on the way but wasn't to be released to dealers until mid December. They persistently contacted the distributor to get the car shipped to them since we already agreed to purchase the car and had placed a down payment. They contacted us today 11/28/14 to tell us the car came in. We picked it up 3 hours later. No other dealership has ever went out of their way to take care of me like they did. They are a top dealer that really shows care about their customers and the customer experience. More

Adam, was the most welcoming salesman. He made sure to find out what I wanted, and went with me on a test drive. I already had a list of questions, but he slowly but surely answered all my questions plus more. He showed me the different packages and trims. He even went to the extent of working with me on a payment that I was happy with. He made sure that there was no questions unanswered. I cannot say enough good things about him, plus he is a veteran like myself. He was very knowledgeable on Passats and cars in general. After I was done with financing he made sure to help me with syncing my phone to the car and answering even more questions. I give this whole experience 10 stars. After stopping by at 9am and inquiring about the truck, we said we would be back after work. However we found out late afternoon that the vehicle we had inquired about was already in the process of being sold, we were discouraged. Taking a shot in the dark I got online and "chatted" with Emma about the status of the vehicle. She replied very quickly to my emails, and informed me that Kelly was going to give me a call. Kelly- was very upbeat & personable. After finding out that the vehicle was still for sale we went right over to the dealership. James was great about finding out what worked for us and getting us the most for our trade in. I have to say...not many people think to go to VW to purchase a Ford Truck, but it ended up being a GREAT experience for us!!! Even after being at work the entire day, the staff finished up the process late int he evening and was still energetic and friendly. GREAT JOB BY NOT ONLY THE STAFF BUT THE MANAGEMENT THAT HELPS RUN THAT STAFF! We have purchased 3 cars in the last 3 years and I have to say that this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Met everyone from Adam to the service technician, they all asked what they could do to help. The vehicle maintenance seminars are another plus, short presentations about your new car, dinner and hands on program-changing a flat tire. At the end of the evening you return to your vehicle, freshly washed with a gift bag waiting for you. This kindness also extended in a totally different manner; Gina Fisher and her staff supported the Crisis Center for South Suburbia. These are wonderful people! More
