Time for my Subaru Outback yearly checkup About a year ago,my sweetheart's mechanic handed a list of items totaling over $5,000.00 that I was told had to be done ASAP. I waited until now for About a year ago,my sweetheart's mechanic handed a list of items totaling over $5,000.00 that I was told had to be done ASAP. I waited until now for my 75,000 mile mark to have this checked out as I had ZERO trouble with my car. It turned out that everything on that list was not needed by my Subaru Service Team. I spent just under 3 hours getting my airbag Recall corrected along with a total headlights-to-taillights checkup. All I needed was my front and rear differential fluids changed out ---at my next oil change in mid-April. For those out there that are under the idea that all a dealer will do is find things that you don't need and charge you to the Moon and back for the work...this has NEVER been the case with Subaru Countryside. Musa took excellent care of me and checked everything I had on my list down to two small windshield chips that wont cause me any problems. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE TEAM RIGHT DOWN TO THE COMFY WAITING AREA.FULL OF GREAT FREEBIE SNACK AND COFFEE !!! More

Great Experience I brought my car in for its 10,000 mile checkup and a recall involving a software correction. I had a 10:00 am appointment, and was given an estimate of 2 hours to complete the work. It was completed within that time allotment. The waiting area was warm and friendly, with great treats and refreshments and the time passed quickly. Ronnie Haleem was extremely courteous and kept me updated on the progress of the work being performed. All in all, a great experience! More

My wife and I have purchased six new Volkswagens from this dealership over the years. From sales to service, we have enjoyed top quality. I am deducting one star, because I was called and told a valet wa this dealership over the years. From sales to service, we have enjoyed top quality. I waited at my front door for approximately one hour before the valley arrived. when I arrived at the dealership, they apologized and said they rerouted the valet. I was frustrated waiting so long at my front door. It would have been nice to have been given a call to advise me there would be a delay in my pick up by the valet. More
