For the past couple of months I have been looking for the perfect 2012 Volvo S60. I was working with Volvo in Northfield until I ran across a deal that was posted on Volvo Oak Park's website. I inquired about the vehicle on 5/21/2013 and I received a phone call from George Salzman. George was very pleasant to speak to on the phone, wasn't pushy or even sound like I was a burden. I scheduled an appointment to meet him that afternoon. He had the car ready for me to view and test drive. He was very knowledgable, but he knew I knew what I wanted and was very familiar with the S60 that he didn't talk "down" to me. It was a great test drive! I knew I had a challenge with the car I was trading in especially with its high miles, and the team at Oak Park definitely worked something out. The finance person Shaun had to be the nicest finance person around! He worked very hard to get me the best deal financing possible and he did! I was in an out of there within a couple of hours. I am definitely sold on Volvo Oak Park! I just wished they had ice cream in the waiting area! ;-) That's ok, I would rather have awesome customer service and a dealer that works with you over "free" ice cream! More

I purchased a 2013 XC60 Volvo through the Costco Auto Program and had no problems at all. Excellent deal and the car is exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and informative. Carlo Gilli is the BEST salesperson on Earth! We worked together via email for months prior to going into the dealership. He did not harass me during those months like most salesmen.
