My service at Autobarn Volvo Cars of Oak Park is always excellent. From the greeting when I first arrive to when I pick up my car, it is always excellent. I am greeted promptly and with a smile when I arrive, the service representatives really listen to what you have to say even when you can only say "I'm hearing a noise". Then you get a call that explains everything to you in detail and the service rep also discusses ideas for saving money. When they call you to tell you your car is ready, they let you know that the car is being washed and will be ready in a specific period of time. I appreciate that they value my time. The clerk a the cash out window is also very friendly and patient and never make you feel rushed. The porter delivers your car so that you don't have to maneuver it out of tight parking spaces and sets you up to just hop in and drive away. I have been a very happy and satisfied client of the Autobarn since 2006. More

Jimmy's a good salesman. He is well informed about his product. He's also on top of his inventory. Annoying country music was piped through the sales area for the entire two hours of my visit. During my purchase process, my trade-in quote was poorly developed. .I felt like a cheap trick had been played on me inorder to diddle me out of a fair trade in allowance. This tactic could've easily been a dealbreaker if I hadn't persisted in demanding a fairer appraisal. I'd done my homework. Your appraiser had been careless or just manipulative at my expense. On the bill of sale there were initial errors. Existing milage was off by 3000 miles.. This was corrected after I brought it to the business office's attention. It would be helpful if at least some people on the sales staff were skilled with electronic devices like iPhones. We fumbled around with problems in this area for too long. Remember, you're selling premium cars. Customers should get premium services. Training with your sales team might create a more .positive and welcoming atmosphere, overall.
